Our company, P&P Personnel Leasing Ltd has been helping companies operating in verious fields with its services since 1994 - mainly focusing on jobsearch and selection, temporary employment and consulting.
One of our main tasks is to find short or long term, quick and effective solutions for our client companies in case of staffing difficulties -such as restructuring, overtime, vacation time, illness- so they can continue their day-to-day operations without any interrruption.
Job search and Selection
When our client company wants to increase its workforce - due to restructuring or any other reasons - we can quickly find the most suitable candidates in our database according to the requirements of the position specified by the client. After we personally interview the qualified applicants their CVs are forwarded to our client company who also meets them in person later and then selects the best candidate for the position. We put the job advertisement on our website saving our client company time and effort with this.
Temporary staffing
It is an alternative employment form where the applicant is employed by an outside company but the job is being performed at the client company's location. It can be short- or long term for a specified or non-specified period of time.
There is a three-way legal relationship with two contracts. The staffing company - who is the link between the applicant and the client company - signs an employment contract with the applicant chosen by the client and also signs a contract with the client company requesting the service according to their specifications.
This special employment form has been sctirctly regulated by the Code of Labour.
What is the client company's advantage?
- There is no interruption in the day-to-day business operation sicnce in only a few days we can find them the right candidate for the position
- The workforce can be employed for short term and for a specific period of time as well (eg.: vacation time, sick leave)
- The term of the temporary employment contract can be extended repeatedly without any time limit
- This can be the first step in the career-planning process within the client company
- The staffing company provides all the administrative support (hiring, contract signing, payroll services, medical exams, vacation time, sick leave, termination of employment)
- The number of employees can be increased even in case of a headcount-freeze, since this is an outside service the client company purchases
- If the client company is not satisfied with the chosen applicant after some time the staffing company replaces him/her with another candidate for the position
- We use the same filtering process for selecting the most qualified applicants.
